Royal blue and white always go well together. Add in a pop of red and this tie necklace is a real beauty. The blue JoS. A. Bank Executive tie is paired with a vintage silver starburst brooch of milk white cabochons and red crystals. Below, we've added thrifted lace and more red crystals to trace the fabric's heart pattern.
