How our workshops work
We have been invited by event organizers to host a journey of reflection, creativity and enlightenment. We love leading people through an exercise where they connect with the word they FEEL is the right one to guide their year, or one that they feel embodies their current vibe. After that, participants design their word or phrase into a beautiful one-of-a-kind custom-fit bracelet that is a beautiful and personal reminder of where you are and where you want to go.
This experience includes:
- Workshop to connect with your word. (Worksheets and group exercises.)
- Access to our thousands of beads of all colors, including vintage glass, ceramic, stones, crystals, seashells, novelty icons and more.
- Materials and design boards to create your bracelet.
We have done this for larger groups at a women's wellness symposium in a hotel conference room and a young ladies of all abilities retreat in a meeting room, But we also are the perfectly intimate experience for small gatherings, like the small Girls Scouts group we worked with at a private home.

Contact us to discuss how many participants you expect. We'll also talk about age-appropriate beads so we know which materials to bring and how to best customize our worksheets.

When we host workshops and invite community participants, we'll hold your place with payment of $45 through Zelle (no fee) or $48 through Venmo or Square, where we can accept credit cards. (Fee rolled in)

I’m, Lee, a self-proclaimed word nerd, career journalist and poet now also dabbling in entertainment PR. I love wordplay and feeling the perfect word for the moment. I’ve been by Ella’s side as she started making bracelets at age 4 and launched her first business/philanthropic endeavor at age 5: Ella Bella Beads.
Designing and making custom bracelets with her was relaxing, satisfied the creative itch and was deeply personal, as we customized many orders. People wanted bracelets with special colors or themes or charms that embodied memories, people or pets they lost, and like this workshop… words that would motivate them toward their goals.
