How to give your Ella Bella Beads a long life:
- Bracelets are made with strong stretchy chord. Roll them on and off (don't pull them off from one stress point)
- Remove before showering or swimming.
- It's best if you can wait to put them on after lotions have had time to absorb.

As for how a bracelet will fit on your wrist: Physics dictates that smaller diameter beads fit looser, larger diameter beads fit tighter.
To determine best fit:
Measure your wrist tight around with a tape measure (or string that you can lay along a ruler).
General rule for 8mm bead bracelets: Add about 1" to your actual wrist size for best fit. That means if your wrist is 6", a 7" bracelet will be perfect. You also can wear one slightly smaller or larger.

Further explanation: When using the larger beads, like 10 or 12mm, we often have to add an extra bead to compensate the fit, and conversely, with the 4mm beads, we have to make the overall bracelet a tad shorter, as the fit is looser. So, if you're used to wearing 7" bracelets with 8mm beads (the most common size), realize that a 6 3/4" or even 6.5" bracelet with 4mm beads will fit you well.

Shipping:
Bracelets are individually packaged in pouches and arrive in a puffy envelope. We ship via USPS first class with tracking. If you enter your email at checkout, you will be notified when the shipping label is created and be able to track the package.
We can include a personalized handwritten message to a gift recipient upon request. And we can ship multiple bracelets for the flat rate of $6.
Combining products:
If you love everything in Ella's online stores and opt to purchase art in addition to beads, we can combine notecards and bookmarks with beads. But if you'd like art prints and beads, we need to ship the items separately, so please choose that shipping option of $9.
Return policy:
All sales are final. But we can work with you should there be a problem with sizing. We will review communication and offer options based on the history of the order.
We can offer repairs, and will determine the process and cost on an individual basis.
